Bridging the Gaps
A.M.P.L.E aims to bridge the technological and generation gap between Baby Boomers, Gen X and the Millenials in cultivating greater inter-generational understanding through events, mentorship, training, seminars as well as digital literacy exchange. Despite the differences in experiences, environment, technology and behavior, it is undeniable that these generations could learn from one another and leverage on each other’s knowledge and experiences by working hand in hand to create a robust working relationship for economic growth.
AMPLE also strive to narrow the Gender Gap in “Breaking the Glass Ceiling” in Women Empowerment. To better understand gender inequality to work towards merging and collaboration with the other gender for inclusiveness.
AMPLE is also to ease the Cultural Gaps in cross-culture working environment, embarking in international business, or understanding and adopting new technology culture as well as to write off any racial bias to promote unity and eliminating racial divide.
AMPLE collaborates with government agencies and community- organizations for this initiative. Through networking and linking bridges with governments, dialogues with communities and associations as well as providing up to date information on current business trends that promote awareness of best business practices.
